UMK ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF 28 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2024

 

BACHOK 9 January 2024 I A total of 28 administrative staff of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) received their appointment letters effective 9 January 2024.

The Appointment Letter Presentation Ceremony for Administrative Positions was officiated by UMK Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dato’ Dr. Razli Che Razak, at Seminar Room 1, Chancellor's Building, UMK Bachok, Kelantan.

Also present were the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Student Affairs and Alumni), Prof. Dr. Mohammad Ismail, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and International), Prof. Dato’ Dr. Nik Maheran Nik Muhammad, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation), Prof. Ts. Dr. Arham Abdullah, and the Registrar of UMK, Mr. Khairul Eruwan Abd. Halim.

According to Prof. Dato’ Dr. Razli, through these new appointments, each appointee can move and work together for the progress of UMK.

He said that in 2024, everyone can pledge to work and strive harder to yield good results.

"Therefore, to ensure this positive change happens, we as leaders should cultivate high resilience and uphold integrity and high work ethics.

“Indeed, resilience, integrity, and high ethics should be ingrained as traits and traditions in ourselves to face the currents of economic and social changes nowadays.

“In this regard, we can no longer compromise in maintaining quality and work ethics. This is the self-transformation that we must achieve and maintain in facing future challenges," he said.

Meanwhile, UMK extends congratulations and best wishes to the 28 newly appointed UMK staff and hopes that they will continue to contribute their services to UMK in achieving the university's goals and strategic aspirations as an Entrepreneurial University in the future.
